Earth Day Plant Pollinator Patches - April 20th
Sat, Apr 20
|Ohlone Park, near North Berkeley BART
Join us to celebrate Earth Day and work on weeding and planting and planning pollinator gardens in Berkeley. Pollinator corridors of pesticide-free plants that host our local pollinating insects and birds are critical to the survival of many species.

Ohlone Park, near North Berkeley BART, Ohlone Greenway, Berkeley, CA 94703, USA
About the event
We will work on weeding and planting in the established pollinator garden at Ohlone Park, on Sacramento across from the North Berkeley BART, and move to Grove Street Park, on MLK near Russell, if time allows, to pick weeds in preparation for a new pollinator garden proposed for planting Fall 2019. Bring gloves, gardening tools if you have them, water, and your enthusiasm to make Berkeley a welcome place for our pollinator allies, the bees, butterflies, birds and other species.
